Support & Feedback Forum Guidelines

Important: This topic is stickied and will remain at the top. Please read before posting.

Only One Post Per Person Per Support Reason
  • Create exactly one topic for each distinct issue or suggestion.
  • Do not open multiple topics for the same problem.
  • Duplicate requests will be closed or merged without notice.
  • If you have new details about your issue, update your original topic instead of starting a new one.
  • For unrelated issues, open separate topics.
Before You Post
  • Search existing topics to ensure your issue hasn’t already been reported.
  • Use a clear, descriptive title (e.g., “Crash on Startup – Windows 10, v1.2.3”).
  • Include all relevant details: platform, version, error messages, steps to reproduce.
Ticket Handling
  • Once a moderator or admin acknowledges your request, it will be moved into our ticket system.
  • You’ll receive updates either as replies in your thread or via private message.
  • Please monitor your PM inbox for ticket progress and resolutions.
Enforcement
  • Topics that break these rules may be merged, locked, or deleted.
  • Repeated violations may result in temporary posting restrictions.
  • Moderators will enforce these guidelines at their discretion.
Thank you for helping us keep support organized and efficient!

📌 Use Our Pastebin for Support

To make support easier and faster, please use our Pastebin to share any important information when requesting help.

This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Website error logs
  • Game logs with crash reports or debug info
  • Configuration files that may be causing problems
  • Any other technical information relevant to your issue
Why?
Sharing logs through Pastebin helps our support staff quickly read and analyze the data, ensuring better assistance for you and others.

Avoid pasting large logs directly in your forum post. Use Pastebin and just link to it instead.

Thanks for helping us help you!
