Only One Post Per Person Per Support Reason
  • Create exactly one topic for each distinct issue or suggestion.
  • Do not open multiple topics for the same problem.
  • Duplicate requests will be closed or merged without notice.

Before You Post
  • Search existing topics to ensure your issue hasn’t already been reported.
  • Use a clear, descriptive title (e.g., “Crash on Startup – Windows 10, v1.2.3”).
  • Include all relevant details: platform, version, error messages, steps to reproduce.
Ticket Handling
  • Once a moderator or admin acknowledges your request, it will be moved into our ticket system.
  • You’ll receive updates either as replies in your thread or via private message.
  • Please monitor your PM inbox for ticket progress and resolutions.
Enforcement
